Cancellation Requests:

Refund Criteria:

• Cancellation 24 hours or more before pickup: 75% refund of total booking amount.
• Cancellation within 24-12 hours before pickup: 40% deduction as penalty.
• Cancellation within 12-6 hours before pickup: 50% deduction as penalty.
• Cancellation within 6 hours before pickup: No refund (100% penalty).

Cancellation by Perfect Choice Taxi Curaçao:

• In case we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a 100% refund.

Refund Processing:

• All refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days.
